Standing and seated are very different rooms. Here's what each structure actually holds, and how much level ground you'll need for us to build it.

That's Henry, mid-build on a Saturday morning. Every job is put up by one of the two of us, weighted on every leg, and checked before we leave.
We're a small family business, and we'd rather be the ones who answer when you call.

How much does it cost?
Gazebos start at £150 per day. Garden parties with our 8×4m Estate marquee start at £300 per event. Full garden party packages, with tables, chairs, cutlery, glassware and flowers for every guest, run from £300 for up to 15 people to £550 for 40 (see packages). Weddings, big parties and festivals are priced individually. No two events need the same setup, and we'd rather quote yours honestly than list an average. Message us your date, location and headcount and you'll have a clear, itemised quote within 24 hours.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Buckinghamshire and cover Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Amersham, Uxbridge, Slough, Gerrards Cross, Marlow and Maidenhead as our home patch, plus most of west London, Bucks and Berkshire. Delivery is included within around 60 minutes of us; beyond that we charge a small mileage fee, confirmed in your quote.
What size do I need for my guest list?
As a rough guide: our 6×3m seats up to 25 at tables, and the 8×4m Estate up to 32. Beyond that we link structures. The sizes table above has footprints and the ground clearance each one needs, or send us two photos of your space on WhatsApp and we'll tell you what fits.
Is delivery and setup really included?
Yes. Every hire includes delivery, professional build and collection within our free zone. We turn up, build it, weather-check it, and collect after your event.
What happens if it rains, or if we need to cancel?
The kit copes: frames are fully waterproof and wind-rated to 30mph, with sides, guttering and heating available. On the money side, deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your event, and we'll always work with you to postpone rather than cancel. In genuinely dangerous winds we'll call it early and reschedule. Safety first, and we'll never leave you out of pocket for weather we caused.
Are you insured for venues and commercial sites?
We carry £5m public liability insurance and provide risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) on request. Most venues and councils ask for these, and we have them ready.
How do deposits and payment work?
A 25% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 7 days before your event. We take bank transfer or card. For weddings and larger events we split payments into three: deposit, interim (60 days out) and final balance. Everything's confirmed in writing before you commit.
Can you do last minute?
Yes, and we're good at it. A lot of our jobs come in the same week. Message us with the date and we'll tell you straight away whether we can make it.
